The Diarso restaurant has all the conditions to carry out banquets, marriage and corporate parties for 120 persons or less. The stage for musicians, spacious dance floor, karaoke – all this will provide the atmosphere of holiday. Ecological food is the main idea of our restaurant. Swedish line menu, «a la carte», room service makes up about 50 simple and high-quality dishes. Our aim is to provide our guests with tasty, fresh and ecologically clean food.
Bread, confectionary and macaroni, pickles, kvass, uzvar, mayonnaise, sauces e.t.c. are cooked in the kitchen of our restaurant.
There are no fashionable and broadly advertised convenience foods and food concentrates, baking powder and stabilizers in the dishes of our restaurant's menu. Our idea is if there is no raw foodstuffs of the proper quality – there is no such dish in the today's menu of Diarso restaurant.
The area of technological premises for raw food storage and cooking dishes is 650 square meters. They contain technological equipment Kuppersbusch Grosskuchentechnik Gmbh, produced in Germany. Each of our visitors has the right to make a tour of our hotel's technological premises to see all the technological process (from the raw food reception zone to hot food cooking shop) with his own eyes.
